Mirjam Köglsperger

For many years, I struggled with chronic back pain, which began in my teenage years. Despite this persistent discomfort, I spent two decades without knowing how to address it effectively. Everything changed when I discovered the Grinberg Method.


Experiencing the Grinberg Method as a client gave me an overwhelming sense of empowerment. Through a systematic process, I learned to break free from the grip of automatic helplessness. This newfound liberation unleashed a surge of energy, facilitating healing and strengthening my resilience.


Driven by curiosity and inspired by my own transformation, I delved deeper into the method and began my training to become a Certified Grinberg Method Practitioner in 2004.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to supporting clients through regular one-on-one sessions in three different cities and three languages. My work helps people navigate discomfort, stress, pain, low energy, lack of motivation, and repetitive patterns. In addition to my individual practice, I have been leading group activities since 2017, empowering participants to cultivate strength and confidence.

In March 2020, I expanded my practice to include online sessions, which allows me to support people worldwide. I am also passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring Grinberg Method practitioners. I firmly believe that the world benefits from more practitioners dedicated to improving people’s well-being.
