I've always been fascinated by the connection between people and their physicality. How we stand, sit, look away, shrink, or expand—the way we hold the body reveals a great deal about our inner selves.

This interest led me to explore the complex relationship we often have with the body, how we use it as a tool for communication, and how this can distance us from it.

After completing my Master's thesis in Industrial Design, I spent ten years working for big corporations. During this time, I felt a growing sense of dissatisfaction. My life lacked meaning, it felt tasteless, and I was simply going through the motions.

This emotional disconnection led me to depression.

I started a Psychotherapeutic process to heal from it, and throughout this path I had a big revelation about my condition of emotional and physical numbness: to control my emotions, I had been suppressing my body's sensations, creating a disconnection between mind and body.

As I continued my journey of self-discovery, I realized that honoring my true needs and emotions required a deep connection to the body, as these needs and emotions reveal themselves through physical sensations.

Body awareness became my compass, guiding me away from interpretations and conditioning of the mind towards the authenticity of my True-Self: the individual I am at my core, unaffected by external influences.

After recovering from my depression, I began exploring body awareness in depth. This led me to the Grinberg Method, a methodology that teaches people to discover themselves, manage difficult situations consciously, and embody their needs and emotions through the awareness of the body.

The Grinberg Method provided me with the tools to support individuals and enrich their lives through meaningful experiences, sensations, and deeply felt emotions, just as it did for me on my healing journey. This method empowers people to connect with their bodies, experience the present moment fully, and live in alignment with their True-Selves.

I completed the three-year educational program, studying with its founders Avi Grinberg and Ruth Elkana. I obtained my final certification in 2022.

The more I proceed with my purpose the more I feel energized and encouraged by the transformation and growth of the people I work with.

I love working with people who remind me of myself from years ago, facing similar struggles. I see in them the same challenges I experienced, and I know how powerful a process of self-discovery can be in transforming their lives. These are human beings who are suffering both physically and emotionally, but who want to grow stronger and more complete through these challenges, so they can meet and embody the uniqueness of their True-Self.
