For many years I struggled with chronic back pain, starting at as a teenager. Despite my somatic discomfort, I had for twenty years no idea how to deal with it effectively. Everything changed when I discovered the Grinberg Method.

 

Learning the Grinberg Method as a client filled me with an overwhelming sense of empowerment. Through a systematic process I was able to break free from the grip of automatic helplessness. This newfound liberation unleashed a surge of energy within me that facilitated healing and strengthened my resilience.

 

Driven by curiosity and fueled by my positive experiences, I delved deeper into the Grinberg Method, eventually starting the training to become a Certified Grinberg Method Practitioner in 2004.

 

Since then, I've dedicated myself to sharing my expertise with clients, offering regular one-to-one sessions in my practice in three different cities and in three languages to help people deal with discomfort, stress, pain, low energy, lack of motivation and repetitive patterns. In addition to my individual work, since 2017 I have been leading group activities as a trainer, empowering my clients to cultivate strength and confidence.

 

Since March 2020, I have also expanded my practice to include online sessions, which gives me great joy as I can support people from all over the world. I am also teaching people who want to become practitioners of the Grinberg Method. I firmly believe that the world can benefit from more and more practitioners helping others to improve their wellbeing.
